subject for e mail

hi
i have a macro for word which can send a mail on a click. i have a
small issue regarding the subject. the subject remains default. my
higher authorites want the post code and the address on the subject (i
have highlighted them in the attachment) which is not default and
changes for every document. by certain modifications on macro which can
pull the address on post code as the subject will make my project
successful. i have enclosed the document with the macro. please do help
me out.

i have tried with the following url 'Merging With Attachments'

i get a error stating
compile error " user define type not defined" i am worse at debuging
can anyone help

You have not followed the Preparation instructions - specifically, you have
not set the required reference to the Outlook Object Model that is mentioned
