Subject Header

Our office network is structured so that at the end of the subject on every
e-mail we must insert the text [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]. Is there a way to automate
this. I have tried creating a macro in word but Outlook will not allow the
use of macros in the header section of an e-mail. I have resorted to creating
a template (oft) and using it for all new e-mails and entering the subject.

Any ideas?
