Subject-less Files in Public Folders Don't Show in Entourage

Some of you may know that Outlook 2003 (PC) allows one to drag files
into public folder, making public folder a quasi-file server. In other
words, to submit a new post to public folder, one only has to drag the
needed file from Windows into Outlook 2003.

However, in Entourage 2004, those files don't even show up, as if they
don't exist at all. They can be seen (but not downloaded) via Safari's
Outlook Web Access. It can be seen/downloaded via Apple Mail.

Is there a way for me to see those files from Entourage 2004?

I am using 10.4.6 (Intel).

Entourage doesn't support the drag and drop feature to add items to the
public folder. I found this out the hard way. If you want things to
show up in Entourage, every item must be enclosed in a posting. Once
you add the enclosure to the posting, everything works fine from the
Entourage end.
