Subject line missing on room reservations

Interesting problem here. When making a room reservation, instead of subject
line showing up on the reservation the persons name shows up. This is only
happening on a few people. Now I know that if the subject line is missing
that will happen. But this is not the case.

Searching I have found nothing regarding this.

Ideas anyone?

Are you using Exchange 2007 as the server? It has a setting which hides
details about room reservations, for privacy purposes, in that fashion.

I did forget to put that in, it is Office 2007 with a 2007 Exchange server.
The catcher is, it is only with certain people. The rest show up the subject
like it is suppose to.

Still sounds like something to discuss with the administrator or to post in
the microsoft.public.exchange.clients or microsoft.public.exchange.admin
newsgroup.

Big thanks Sue!
Your posts provided the clue I needed to solve this. Turned off
DeleteSubject and AddOrganizerToSubject.

To control what meeting information will be visible on the resource's
calendar, use the following parameters with the Set-MailboxCalendarSettings
command:

* DeleteAttachments
* DeleteComments
* RemovePrivateProperty
* DeleteSubject
* DisableReminders
* AddOrganizerToSubject
* DeleteNonCalendarItems
* OrganizerInfo
