Subject Line Warning

Running Outlook 2007 (Vista Home Prem 32bit).....

Seems to me when I was using Outlook 2002, in tools there was an option to
set to Not send an e-mail if the Subject line was left Blank. I have read a
few posts and it appears that option is not in Outlook 2007 (please correct
me if I am wrong, and advise me where that setting is).

I saw a post where instructions were provided for a User running Outlook
2003 to use open and use the Visual Basic Editor and record a Macro... The
user that did this reported the 1st time he went to send an e-mail with the
Subject line blank it worked but never worked thereafter.

Would this work with Outlook 2007? Why do you think the 2003 user wrote it
worked the 1st time and not again?

Is there a different\Better way to do this in Outlook 2007?

it will work and this was never an option in outlook 2002 - you would have
either used vba or an addin.

I re-read the very detailed response provided by RajeshV and now understand
why the user who followed the steps wrote it worked the 1st time and not
thereafter. RajeshV wrote, this will only work for the current seesion, if
you close Outlook and open it again you must open VBA and re-create the Macro
again..... I was hoping for something more permanent.

Perhaps I may have been mistaken, it may have been when I was uding Outlook
Express.......
