When downloading from Microsoft Office Update, this message appears:
"Your Office products require the critical updates listed below."

Then, "The updates have already been selected for installation."

Selected Updates: 1
Download size: 0 KB
Download Time: 0 min
I check-marked here:
Office XP Service Pack 3 - French version

I don't understand why it says this too:
0 KB / Already Downloaded
0 KB / Download Time = 0 min at your connection speed

Yet, when I click on "Start Installation",
I get this message in red: "Installation Uncuccessful"

So, why is this happening and what should I do?
