Submit a form and auto email the link to specific form

Hi,

I've made a number of forms but for this one I need to submit to Sharepoint
(easy) and email the specific link to the file once submitted (harder!).

I can easily do it so it emails the attachment and submits the form and they
have the same auto name so when the person gets the email they can respond
and save with the same name creating a version history but all the
attachments are a bit messy.

As Outlook2003 has the option to use online attachments would this be a way
round but there seems no way of controlling that from Infopath.

Any clues?
