submit attachment to web format

How can I change the type of attachment submitted to the MHT extension / web
format?

Tthe form will be submitted both by email and to a sharepoint form library,
I know how to change the submit to do both at the same time, but I want to
change the type of attachment that is sent by email. the xml format for the
sharepoint is ok, but I need the attachment to be in the "Export... to Web...
" MHT format.
