| Hello everyone,
| I am new to this forum and would very much appreciate everyone's
advice
| on my problem(s). I have created a form, located here

figure out how
| to get the submit button to work. I am trying to get it to email
me the
| results but when I edit the form properties, I get the "this form
is
| being created on a disk-based web..." and it forces me to remove
the
| email address. I can't seem to get it to input the results into a
| database though I'll settle for either solution.

| Also, after hitting the submit button, it doesn't go to the
| confirmation page as I thought I had programmed it to do (found

Any thoughts???
