Submit Button Functions Auto Submit

We have created a Microsoft Word Form, which we would like for our clients to complete online and submit back to us on line. We would like the submit button to send the completed form to a email address (auto attaching the completed form) and fill the subject line with a field within the form?

This newsgroup is devoted to forms in Microsoft Access, the database
development product. The form object in Access is different from that in
Word, so you will have a better chance for a response to your question if
you will post it in one of the newsgroups devoted to Microsoft Word. These
Word newsgroups all begin with "microsoft.public.word".
