Submit button

Hi...
I will make a sign-up form on a web page. Then once you fill it out and hit submit it will go to a page that says "Can Not Find Page." How do I get the button to go to another page on my site and still get the information from the form in my e-mail?

forms require 2 things- FP extensions on the server and publishing in http
protocol.
