submit buttons not working

I've designed a form in publisher 2003 where baseball scores are input and
click on submit to email me the scores...but when i click on the submit
button I get "The requested URL was not found on this server". I've double
checked the properties of the submit button to verify my email...is there
something else I'm missing?
