Submit data with Access

If your form is designed to use certain data field types
it renders it unable to SUBMIT to a database. I
experienced this when I used an Access database with
a 'Memo' data field. InfoPath does not like these long
data types.

I make a form with "New from data Connections with a DB
Access". when I insert a Button and chance the propeties
to submit, this don't show the option DATA BASE, just
show me:

Is there some documentation as to what datatypes are allowed? I created a
form from a data connection and want to use an option button to make a choice
and have that value recorded to the database. I get a warning message that I
have chosen to bind a non-repeating control to a repeating field and that the
control will be bound to the first item in the repeating group. I've tried
using both a field defined as text and as a lookup field in Access, but get
the same message

Have you had problems with using a Date Picker? I cannot have it submit to
the field, but everythign else will.
