Submit form via email like Issue Tracking Template

Thank you all for looking. I made the mistake of showing the issue tracking
form as an example of an InfoPath form. They really liked the way that this
template sends the form via email. When you click the "send by email" button
the To, CC, and Subject line fields are opened with an option to access the
address book. Basically it looks like the form is part of an email.
Unfortunately this ability is based upon code and not part of the standard
InfoPath 2003 options. I am not a programmer so unfortunately desonstructing
the code would take longer and be more effort than I think I am willing to
put in right now. I have been looking for a tutorial that would show me how
the form was constructed so I might be able to duplicate it...I have had no
luck. So basically my question is this...I would like to be able to build a
form that can be sent through email in the manner the Issue Tracking Template
uses.

I did look at modifying the Issue Tracking form but I can't adjust the data
fields, so starting from scratch would be teh best option for me. Also,
because only parts of my company have 2007 and most still run 2003, teh form
has to be in 2003. Thank you again for any help that you are able to offer.

2007 has some updated features for rendering the view inside Outlook.

2003 users need the form attached and open the form to view the contents.
Unfortunately you can not embed in the view and attach the file. Also for
users with 2003 generating the email this would not be compatible either. So
I would think you would need to do the standard email submit as an
attachment. Then users will recieve an email with the form attached. They
open the form and complete the workflow.
A better practice I think is to save the forms centrally, so that you have a
master copy. Then just have a hyperlink in the email to the form.
I think this is more straightforward for the user and then consistent for
everyone.
