Submit form wth countersignatures

Hi ,

I have been trying to submit an infopath form with countersignatures (that
is signing the signed form + signature) to a webservice which stores it in
Yukon.

I get an error saying

InfoPath cannot submit the form.
An error occurred while the form was being submitted.
The SOAP response indicates that an error occurred on the server:

Server was unable to process request. --> Incorrect syntax near
'MySignature_Form_000'.

Hope to get a solution
