Submit forms by email if site runs thru network and not www? help

Hi, I am setting up an Intranet and am having some difficulty when it comes
to submitting forms... Can a form not be submitted to an email address if the
Intranet is running off of a network as opposed running off of the web? What
can I do to make the forms work right?

Please help!!

I don't have an answer, but perhaps you will get some insight if you read
the thread "Please help with MS Publisher Data Retrieval Method" By Bill on
Feb 5th. He is having some of the same issues.

If you receive regular email, you should be able to receive web form data at
an email address even if you have an intranet. My site is pretty lame now but
I still catch any input from the site by having it forwarded to my daily
email address.
