"Submit Status: Disabled"

I am trying to create a form that will link two tables from an Access
Database. I followed the tutorial (which worked perfectly of course) but now
that i am trying it on my own, I continue getting "Submit Status: Disabled-
A many to one relationship might exist between 2 tables in the data source."

Does anyone know how to resolve this?

You have to follow specific practices for InfoPath to enable submit.

You must have a primary key set on each table.
The child key must have a foreign key relationship to the parent table.
