Submit Status Disabled

Hi,

I have a view created in teh SQL db. This view uses an inner joint o Link 2
tables. Now when i created an infopath form to submit resulst to this view, I
get "SUbmited status Disabled" . SQL Join is used....

How can I subit data to multiple tables? When I try to link the common
column among the 2 in infopath, then I get "A one to Many Relation exists
between the records."

How can I submit a forn which views data from one table and submits to the
another table... based on the first table.
