Submit to a SharePoint Library and an e-mail address from the form

I'm new to InfoPath. I have a form built and want to have the submit button
send the form to my SharePoint Library and an e-mail address (a supervisors)
that the user fills in on the form. Using the pre-canned functionality I
have the form going to my SharePoint Form Library but can't figure out how to
also have it send an e-mail to the address entered on the form. I've done
some VBA in Excel and Access but when I looked at the help screens regarding
custom code in InfoPath I was a bit lost.

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
