Submit to database option is not available

After creating an Infopath form thru' the method of File > Design a form,
then selecting New from data connection, I still do not have the option of
Submitting to database when I add a command button. Why is that so? The
only options available are "Email, Web Service, SharePoint form Library, Web
Server (http), Custom submit using form code and Custom submit using rules"

When you design a form template based on the Database schema, using File -->
'Design a Form' . You'll get the following 2 options
a) New Record
b)Run Query

The 'New Record' has the built-in action to update the database. If you want
to write the same action using actions option it's not provided out-of-box.
You can call a web service or write the custom code using web services to do
the job.

most flexibility.
