submit to Outlook calendar instead of email

Hi,

I created a form with info about our customers.
Our sales persons can add info about visits, interventions from technicians
and reminders.
I would like to be able to send the reminders to the outlook calendar of the
user who filled in the form.
We do not have an exchange server of our own. We use Outlook via an RPC over
HTTPS connection from Hostbasket (our provider).
Is this possible and if so, how can i implement this in an easy way?
