Submiting Templets

I have submited a template a couple of times but it keeps getting rejected why?

I believe that only templates done in Office 2007 can be submitted....It
should tell you on the submissions page ....

You can download the "Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel,
and PowerPoint 2007 File Formats" from the downloads site

Users of the Microsoft Office 2000, Office XP or Office 2003 programs Word,
Excel, or PowerPoint will be able open, edit, and save files using the file
formats new to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007.

Then you can resubmit the template
