Submitting a Form to a database and as an email.

Is it possible to Submit a form not only to a data source/access database,
but also as an email. I believe that you can either do one or the other but
not both. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update: did a little messing around and was able to do both using the submit
using rules option. Thanks for looking:p
