Submitting a form to multiple SharePoint Libraries using submit bu

All,

We have a master form in one library for uses to fill out and we would like
to distrubute this form to diffrent libraries based on values they select in
the form. Right now you can only choose one submit site at a time, how do
you create a rule to place the form in the correct libary and also submit it
to a master library at the same time?
