Submitting a form

Michelle

Hello everyone,

I have created a form and would like to have the users click on the name of
their supervisor to submit the form. I was able to submit the form using
email message, but it keeps going to the same person.

For example:
The user fills out the form and selects John Doe, his supervisor. The form
should automatically go to John. For some reason it keeps going to the person
who I created the first rule for, Jane Doe.

How can I set the form to bypass the first rule and go to the appropriate
person?

I hope I didn't confuse anyone with this question.

Thanks,

Michelle

If you modify the “To†field of your rule then email is sent to the selected
supervisor each time.

For that your “To†field should be “concat(Supervisor, "@abc.com")â€

Concat is function , Supervisor is the field in your form
