Submitting form to database

Hi,

do not really understand how can submit data to a database (Access).

My Book and the Online Help say that you can do it by a rule for example.
But when I want to creat such a rule can not select a database under
Submitting Form. The available options are only E-Mail, Webservice, Website
and so on. Database is missing.

Am I missing here something. How do submit form data? I am able to get the
database data into the form. But can not write.

Can somebody give me a short hint?

1. When you made the form, did you create it "from data connection..."?
2. When you go through the data connection wizard (which you can do again,
just go to tools --> data connections and modify the existing connection)
the last page of the wizard will tell you whether submits are available or
not. Infopath will not support submitting if there is a join, or if certain
data types are used (image, for example).
