Submitting Infopath form to webservice

Hi,
I have just read the blog "Submitting to 'this' document library" .. its
really cool but what about if i want to submit my infopath form to a
webservcie .. say CreateTask but the location of web service URL is not known
at the time of designing template and will be determined when template will
be published to the server/shared location.

I expect some way of reading webservice URL form some config/xml file which
can ne modified at runtime or while publishing infopath form.
