Submitting to a SQL Database

I'm using SP1 and have created a form with a SQL data source. I would like
to turn submitting on and submit data entered into the form to the database.
However, database is not an option when I click on Submit To: drop down.
I'm not sure why as I've created other forms using this method. Any ideas
on how to make the database option "appear" in the list.

There may be some reasons like
- tables without primary key or unique index
- using unsupported datatypes (text, ntext, hyperlink, image)
- using JOIN
