Subreport content repeats four times

I have a Access Database report with two subreports. The report is an invoice. The first subreport is located i
the report Page Header and gives client information ( name, address...). The second subreport is located in th
report Detail section and lists items billed in the invoice. The report Page Footer has a Text Box that presents th
total amount of the billed items listed in the Detail section

Problem: The report prints with the Detail section ( list of billed items ) appears four times rather than once.

After looking at a number of posts to this group I have not been able to find a solution.

Your help is appreciated.

Try looking at the following: What are you using for
recordsource to main report? How does it relate to
subreport's recordsource in detail line? How many rows of
data are in your recordsource (table/query) for the main
report?
