Subreport Page Header not showing

I have a subreport within a report that can span multiple pages.

I create a page header (column headers) on the subreport and linked it to
the main report.

However, when I preview or print the report, the subreport page headers are
not showing.

Can somebody point me to the right direction on how can I do this?

There are no page sections or events in subreports. You can possibly create a
new primary sorting and grouping dialog on a constant like:
=1
Then display the group header section for this group and set its Repeat
Section to Yes.
