subreport totals on Main report

Hi I am having trouble with getting a grand total on my main report from the
totals on 3 subreports. I reviewed Allen Browne's article on "Bring the
total from a subreport back onto the main report". I still can't get
anything. I get #name error. Can someone please help me with this? Thank
you.

What are these properties of your text box(es) on your main report:

Name:
Control Source:

What is the Name of your subreport controls on your main report?

What are the names of your controls on those subreports?

Are the subreports and the controls on the main report all in the same
report section?

I am sorry I was not specific. I have a Main report with 3 subreports. Main
report is not bound to anything. I just want to show the 3 subreports across
and a Grand Total of all Products. Can you please help me. Thank you.

Main Rpt: rpt Total Products

SubRpts: rpt Prd1 Queries: qry Prd1 Total txt box: =Sum([Total]) NM: txtPrd1T
rpt Prd2 qry Prd2
" txtPrd2T
rpt Pod3 qry Prd3
" txtPrd3T

You should be able to get the total from rptPrd1 with a text box control
source of:
=[rpt Prd1].Report!txtPrd1T

If you can't figure this out, make sure you are providing the subreport
control names from the properties on the main report. Also, you ignored my
question about the report section...
