Go to http://www.tushar-mehta.com/, click on Outlook Express & Newsgroups in
the left frame. That should get you started.

i can connect to newsgroup use outlook express, but

As confusing as it may be, Outlook uses the Outlook Express newsreader. In
Outlook, go to the menu and select View | Go To | News. It will fire up the
OE newsreader, but the title bar will say "Microsoft Outlook Newsreader."
Tushar Mehta's tips should apply equally well to your situation, I should
think.

Isn't OE a part of Windows or IE???
I believe if you try
View/GoTo/News from Outlook
it should open up OE and walk you through the setup.
