Subscribing to shared IMAP folders

All of the tools for subscribing to shared IMAP folders that were part of Entourage2004 seem to be missing in Entourage2008 and I find no mention of the issue in any of the help files. I am trying to subscribe to an IMAP folder created by my assistant but I can't see the folder and can't see how to subscribe to it. She does not use Microsoft Exchange, so sharing that way is not an option. Any advice?

You should see the unsubscribed folders as gray icons when you select
the account name in the folder list. You can right-click those gray
folders and select "Subscribe".

Hope this helps!

Nope, don't see any gray folder icons. Have done this with 2004. Are you sure this feature is preserved in 2008? None of the 2004 menu items related to IMAP subscriptions seem to have survived.

Create a new Identity in Entourage. Enter your IMAP account info. Now
connect. Does the problem go away. If yes, then it's a corrupt database.
Depending on what you have in your Identity, it might be easier to just
start over in the new Identity. You can Option drag over your rules and
signature files. You will need to open each rule and reset it.
