Subscript Error

I am trying to import an Excel spreadsheet (Job Schedule) into my database as
a table. The import spreadsheet wizard keeps giving me a "Subscript out of
range" error.

I have searched the online discussions and they all refer to splitting
databases, etc. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
