Substitute non-generic resources

Hi,

I tried the resource substitution wizard with generic resources, works
great. But when I try to substitute non-generic resources, seems like the
skills of my resources are ignored. Seems like it's just doing a random
substitution...

At first I thought that maybe project doesn't support non-generic resource
substitution, but in the help it says:

"With the Resource Substitution Wizard, you can:
Replace generic resources with real resources.
Replace existing resources with other resources."

What do you think could cause this problem? Thanks.

This is a very cumbersome task in 2003. You almost need a one-to-one match
from your generic skills match to your enterprise resource skills. If not,
the resource substitution wizard will generally not return any results. If
you match generic resource skiils with your ent resources, you should start
to see some results.
