Substitution of Resources

I have a project with generic recourses. I am using the Resource Substitution
Wizard, to replace the generic resources with enterprise resources. After
running the wizard, I find that while most of the resources are getting
replace, a few still remain as generic resources. Whatever resources have
been replaced, have been mapped to the correct skills. Why are the rest of
the generic resources not substituted? What can be done to resolve this?

Bharathi:

The resource substitution algorithm is not all that sophisticated and is not
a perfect solution. I like to use its output as advice, and do the
substitutions myself using the results as input.
