We are running Project Server 2003, and one project has a problem with
SubTask indentation. This is one of our largest projects, but still
only has 300 tasks. It was created on the server (not imported) and
there is nothing I can think of that makes this project plan different
than any of the others on the server. However, sometimes when you open
this project, all SubTasks are properly indented; yet other times all
tasks are left-justified. When this happens, nothing we have tried will
correct the issue - we have tried re-indenting, as well as rebooting
the workstation. Other people opening the project at the same time will
see everything properly indented.
This problem is sporadic and is not tied to a specific user account or
workstation, nor does it make a difference whether it is being opened
for Read/Write or ReadOnly. The same user having this problem one day
will have no problem the next day.
NOTE: Since I originally posted this on Google, i have noticed this with a
few other projects as well. Still sporadic, but it appears to be happening
more often.
Thanks in advance to anyone that has any potential solutions!
