Subtitles to movei in Power Point

I want to link in films to a Power Point presentation. The films are in
windows media player format and the subtitles are in SAMI-fils.
If I play the movie in Windows Media Player, the subtitles are there all
right. But not when I link them in as film from file.
I have tried to link in Windows Media Player as an object. There is an
option there to assign sami-files and it looked like it should work but it
doesn’t. I guess this is a bug. Is there a solution to this problem? We are a
leader training company and this is really a big problem for us.
Pleas help me!
