SubTotal feature needing to copy

I have a client using Excel 2002. He is using subtotal to
view only those rows with subtotals. It will show him
rows that aren't in order like rows 14, 58, 266 etc... He
wants to be able to view the subtotal rows and copy and
paste them into another sheet. When he tries that, it
copies those hidden rows also. Any way around this?

Thanks,
Carla

Apply the subtotal to the level he needs and then do Edit>Go
To...>Special>Visible cells only and paste to the new sheet
