Subtotal function

Hello

I use the subtotal function a lot, but I always have to
manually put in spaces and lines to separate each group
of subtotals. Is there a way to have the program
automatically do this for me?

With your cursor somewhere inside your data table,
Go to the Menu, then Data then Subtotals...
Follow set up carefully,
This structure will insert subtotals (select the sum option) even though
your data
is contiguous << you need to insert rows yourself>>....(???)..
