subtotals and zeros

i posted an ealrier thread about getting zeros to
disappear in a form. i have managed to do that.


however...i now have another problem

in my invoice form there are 6 possible entrys (with
costs) when there wasnt an entry i wanted the zeros
(£0.00) to disappear. i have done this but now my
subtotals dont work.

the subtotals work fine with zeros in the fields but
doesnt work when they are blank.

so how do i make sure that the subtotal forumla reads a
blank field as a zero?

Try the Nz function in the subtotal equation.
