I've looked at a few previous postings for this answer, but I can't seem to
get it to work. I have this in my control source:

=DateDiff("yyyy",[Hire Date],Date())

Which gives me just the year, but I would like to know years and months.

I've tried

=DateDiff("ym",[Hire Date],Date())

which was listed in previous posting, but it's not working. Any suggestions?

I appreciate the advice, but I still can't get it to work. If I paste one of
the examples in my control source, I come up with an #error on the report.
