I HAVE AN AMT THAT IS CONCIDERED A DEFICIT AND I NEED TO SUBTRACT AN AMT WHEN
THERE IS A PYMT MADE ON THIS DEFICIT HOW CAN I KEEP A RUNNING TOTAL

If you REALLY REALLY cannot work out how to do this, then I suggest you get
some local help - your nearest Adult education college should have some
beginners courses you can go on...
