Subweb is not automatically created!

Hi all,
Can anybody help me out?
I published a project on the project server, however, the
subweb is not automatically created. Even though that
option is checked and it creates a subweb number like 103,
104, etc.
I tried to manually click "Create subweb", it works fine.
I have set the settings on Sharepoint manage subwebs to
automatic creation while publishing project plans. What
other setting is missing to automatically create subwebs?

Any ideas?

I am having the exact same problem. And I've checked all
the options and everything seems to be configured
properly. If anyone has a solution to this problem please
post it.

Nate,
we don't have a proxy server. I have set the WinHTTP
Proxy configuration as
proxycfg.exe -d -p "proxyserver:80" "<local>" but it does
not work for automatic subweb creation.
".your domain.com" should this be entered after the
semicolon?
Any suggestions?
