successfully set up new mail account, still cant open outlook

I set up the mail account and it passed the test. Closed the wizard and still
get the "Microsoft Exchange Server unavailable". I dont understand. What
should the exchange server and mailbox fields be populated with? thank you

You are not using an exchange account though are you
As previously answered in your earlier mail on the subject, check your
profile, remove the exchange account and set up the correct type of
connection, pop, imap or whatever
