Sudden change of size

Hi
I was just organizing my notes and suddenly, while I was moving some things
around, all the text in my whole notebook was much smaller. It's still the
same texttype and size, but it is much smaller.....I hope you understand. I
have no idea what happened, hope someone can helpme get it back to normal.
