Sudden Font Size Error Excel 97

While typing year-old documents in Page layout View the display font changed
from Times New Roman to the larger size ordinarily used in Outline Mode,
while the indicated font size is unchanged. Changing to Normal View restores
te usual display font.

The document has many equation fields.

What happened?

If changing view resolves the problem it will most likely be a corrupt
printer or corrupt graphics driver. Check at the Internet support sites for
both printer and graphics and see that you have the latest drivers, then
reinstall both.
