Suddenly 401.2 from PWA

All of a sudden I cannot access PWA from my PC and get a 401.2 access
denied. However, if I log onto another PC and go into PWA it works fine.

I am a domain admin in the AD, as well as admin in Project 2003. I have the
Project Server included in my "Trusted sites" AFAIK Nothing has change in
my config since I was able to access PWA.

Any idea what I need to do to fix this?

never mind, it was a proxy server issue.
