Suddenly - BCM won't open!

I've had Outlook with BCM for months, now I can still get my email, but BCM
account files and contacts won't load. I can't even find the icon for the
BCM portion of the program, so I click on the BCM folder in the left nav bar
and I get this: Could not complete the last action, please try again". I
have to shut down through the tak bar to get out of the error message.

What do I do?
