Suddenly can't print

I asked this a while back but got no response. W2K/Outlook 2000, also OE 5,
suddenly can't print. All other apps can,including Office apps and IE. Print
does not bring up print dialog box. Do they use different drivers or
printing system than Office?

Have you tried uninstalling all printers/printer drivers, rebooting, and
readding the printer?

No-it's a lot easier just to hit reply and print from Word, but it's still
annoying. Why would I have to do all that if ALL my other applications print
fine?

Because there are known issues between Outlook and HP printers or something
has gone wacky with your outlprnt file that stores printer info.

Not sure about Outlook Express since my area of expertise is Microsoft
Outlook. Have you tried asking this question in one of the outlook express
newsgroups?
